Proposal

  • Collect administrative data
  • Collect project details
  • Collect selling arguments for EU Funding
  • Define budgets, both hours and money
  • Set-up project planning
  • Write proposal
  • Complete all administrative forms
  • Co-ordinate between partners
  • Submit proposal
  • Provide project details, including research methods, planning issues, budgetting, etcetera
  • Review proposal
  • Sign forms/proposal

Contract Negotiations

  • Assist w/ Consortium Agreement
  • Assist with contract negotiations w/ the EC
  • Write detailed RTD Work Plan (if necessary)
  • Request Advance Payment
  • Sign Consortium Agreement
  • Sign Contract w/ RTD-performers
  • Set-up detailed project plan
  • Sign Contract w/ EC

RTD Project

  • Non-technical Project Co-ordination
  • Co-ordinate among partners, including arranging meetings, minuting of meetings, keeping an eye on deadlines, etcetera
  • Communications w/ participants, RTD-performers and w/ the EC
  • Write Progress Reports, both financial and RTD Work
  • Orderly project-bookkeeping within the frame and guidelines of the EC
  • Review reports

Project Closure

  • Write Final Report
  • Write Technical Implementation Plan
  • Review reports
